When does it ship?
Each product page lists its ship date. In-stock pieces ship within 2–3 business days; pre-order batches ship the day they land, and you'll get tracking the moment yours is on the way. Shipping is free on orders over $100.
Why pre-order?
We make small first runs on purpose — enough to do it right, not enough for everyone. Pre-ordering reserves yours from the first batch.
Will you make more?
Maybe. Small runs mean we only make more when a piece earns it — and some never come back. The one sure thing is the batch in front of you.
What is your return policy?
120-day returns on every order. Use it for a season — if it's not yours, send it back.
